Your mobile phone number and email address are treated as your primary identifiers on the Platform. It is your duty to ensure that these contact details are always kept up-to-date on the Platform. In the event of any changes to your mobile phone number or email address, you must promptly notify us by updating this information on the Platform through OTP verification. Please be aware that PaperTio will not be held liable or responsible for any activities or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of your Account information, especially if you have failed to update your mobile phone number and/or email address on the Platform. You also commit to promptly inform PaperTio in the event of any unauthorized use or breach of your password or account.
If you share your Account on the Platform with others, whether by creating separate profiles under your Account or through any other means, it’s crucial to understand that they will have the ability to view and access your Account information. In such cases, you will be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, and you will bear full liability for any consequences arising from those activities.

Any disputes or issues related to products must be resolved directly between the buyer and the respective Vendor. While utilizing any of the payment methods available on the Platform, we shall not be held responsible or assume any liability for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly by you due to:
– Lack of authorization for any transaction.
